International Tables for Crystallography
Linking to articles
All chapters of International Tables Online have an associated
digital object identifier (DOI). This is a unique code that can
be used to construct a persistent link to the authoritative
online version of an article. This persistent linking is enabled
by the CrossRef
system.
Knowing the DOI allows you to construct a link as
follows:
CrossRef base URL + DOI
For example, consider the table of contents found at http://it.iucr.org/Da/contents/.
The first chapter in this volume has the following
bibliographic details:
International Tables for Crystallography (2006). Vol. D, ch. 1.1, pp. 3-33 [
doi:10.1107/97809553602060000628 ]
Given the CrossRef base URL "http://dx.doi.org/" and the article
DOI "10.1107/97809553602060000628", the DOI
link to access the article would be:
http://dx.doi.org/10.1107/97809553602060000628
