The series provides the full set of all the Volumes A to G including A1 (6000 pages) in html and pdf format, richly interlinked.
The reader can navigate rapidly through all eight volumes and can choose to view a full chapter, a section or a subsection, a single table or just a figure.
Extensive indexes at the chapter level link directly back to the relevant content.

	The series can be searched by author and by subject, and searches can be across titles, abstracts or full text; full-text searches link the reader directly to the search result within the relevant section.
	Links are provided: from each chapter to related chapters in the series; from indexes back to the relevant section; to other IUCr services, such as Crystallography Journals Online and the World Directory of Crystallographers; and between sub- and supergroups within the space-group tables.
