_atom_id

Name:
'_atom_id'

Definition:

This specifies a unique code for an 'atom site' in a molecule
or fragment. A designated atom site may be occupied by a 'dummy'
   atom (see _atom_type).

A special syntax exists for this code which permits a template
molecular fragment to be referred to as an 'atom site', and
for the atom within that template to be identified.
   The syntax is
                      m>n

where m is the code identifying the template fragment (contained
within a save frame) and n is the code matching an _atom_id
value stored within the save frame.
