Definition:

   An arbitrary code is assigned to each peak. Used to link with
   _pd_refln_peak_id so that multiple hkl and/or phase
   identifications can be assigned to a single peak.
   Each peak will have a unique code. In cases
   where two peaks are severely overlapped, it may be
   desirable to list them as a single peak.

   A peak ID must be included for every peak.
